In the fall of 2015, we began our search to purchase a bungalow. Not able to find one that suited all of our special needs, we decided to build a custom home in a mature neighbourhood. When we met Gary, we were confident that he was the one to help us. The process of applying for the permit was extremely challenging and frustrating. With Gary’s help and expertise, he guided us through the six month long application procedure. The four month construction period was virtually trouble-free. We allowed Gary to build the house as he saw best. He kept us informed on a daily basis as to the decisions he was making regarding materials, finishes and general construction issues. The house is the home of our dreams and built to the highest quality. We have now lived in our home for 9 months and it is everything we both expected and hoped it would be.
My husband Ken and I purchased our home from Daynel Builders in April 2015. We were very impressed with the quality of our home as well as the design. We had the opportunity to meet with and discuss the building and completion of our home with all 3 of the owners involved in this project.
